I've never done it before, since it's a punishable offense, but the transmutation itself would be fairly simple.

[But the same laws that applied to alchemists in Amestris don't apply in Luceti, right? Not that he'd want to try his hand at transmuting people, but if there's no monetary system, then gold shouldn't be too much of a problem, since it couldn't hurt the economy...]
