You could start at the Welcome Center- it's one of the shops in the main plaza. I think there's a list of places to live, though I don't know how up-to-date it is. Either that or just go find an empty apartment and take it, they're not locked or anything.

Guide? [There's been mention of a guide, but nothing to show that any such thing actually existed. The fact that there's a guide at all isn't really comforting, though, because it means there's that much information to digest.

Ah, yeah. For one thing, I can't swim. If I get thrown in water, I'll just drown. What happened was in my world, I ate a Devil's Fruit. Specifically the Mera Mera Fruit. [Flame Flame Fruit.] All Devil's Fruits makes the user a hammer in water.

And since I'm a flame human, water and I don't exactly mix. It's rather painful when water hits me.

What's a "Devil's Fruit"?

It's a type of fruit in my world, and every single one is different. When consumed, they affect the person's body in some way, giving them new powers. The three different types are paramecia, zoan, and logia. Paramecia gives the eater superhuman powers, zoan lets them transform into an animal, and logia turns them into an element.

Something is definitely better than nothing, and there's always room for expansion.
